Anna is an All Climate / Low Chill Apple similar in size, shape, texture and flavour to their cold climate cousin the Red Delicious. Sweet, crunchy and popular with children.

Red Lady is an All Climate / Low Chill Apple with red skin and white flesh. Sweet and crunchy. Very prolific producer. Great for lunch boxes!

Tropic Sweet is a another All Climate / Low Chill Apple - delicious & crunchy. Easy to eat with a sweetish flavour. It's skin is streaked bright orange and red.

Pink Lady is known as the Queen of apples - it's a crisp apple with a smooth texture and is definitely quality eating. With a pink blush over a yellow undertone, it has a high sugar content making it perfect for cooking. It's a Cold Climate / High Chill apple

Fuji are a popular crisp apple with a red or dull pink blush over a green-yellow base. It's a Cold Climate / High Chill apple. They are round, with flesh that has a sweet delicate honey-pineapple flavour. Crisp, crunchy and very juicy.

Red Delicious another Cold Climate apple, are a gorgeous, crimson-red coloured apple, with a sweet delicate flavour, that has crisp white juicy flesh.

Royal Gala yet another Cold Climate apple, is a smaller sized juicy apple with a mild sweet flavour and crisp, creamy yellow flesh. It is characterised by a blush of pink and yellow on the skin. A lunchbox favourite!

Jonathan apple is medium sized, with a thin red skin, and can sometimes display a yellow to green blush. The flesh of the Jonathon apple is creamy yellow in colour with a crisp bite and lots of juice. Its flavour is mildly sweet with a tart tang and subtle hints of spice. It's a Cold Climate / High Chill apple.

Sundowner is a cross between Golden Delicious and Lady Williams apples. It is a medium to large apple, with crimson to dark red skin, white flesh and a juicy, medium sweetness. It's a Cold Climate / High Chill apple.

Apple Fruit Salad Trees will grow to 3m high x 2m wide in the ground. In a pot, they will grow to about 2/3 of that size depending on the size of the pot.

Note: The size of your tree is determined by many factors including soil type, sunlight, nutrition availability and overall tree health.

There are 2 special care requirements for our trees.
1. Keep the tree balanced! Check your tree regularly and prune back any branches that are outgrowing the others.
2. Remove Rootstock. Each fruit will be marked with white paint when you recieve your tree. If you see any other growth coming from the tree trunk, remove this as this is rootstock growth.

All Apple Fruit Salad Trees are made with the required varieties to cross pollinate each other. There is no need for additional apple trees for cross pollination.

Apple Fruit Salad Trees will begin fruiting within the first 12 to 18 months. You may need to remove some of the first fruits if the branch is not yet large enough to hold the weight of the fruit.
