Botanical Name: Citrus x limon ‘Eureka’
Fruit Characteristics: A large oblong shaped lemon, with a textured bright yellow skin. The rind is full of citrus oils and releases a sharp citrus aroma when squeezed. The juicy yellow flesh contains minimal seeds, if any, and produces a tart and acidic flavour. Eureka lemons are sharper and more tart flavoured than the sweeter Meyer lemon variety.
